AERIAL CLASSES
The Ringmaster | Aerial Hoop Class (All Levels)
This 60-minute, multi-level class focuses on progressive moves and combinations using the hoop apparatus, including mounts, spins, swings, dismounts, sequences and balancing skills. You will learn drills and movements to focus on building strength & flexibility and foundations for proper safety techniques.
Class Requirements: All levels of experience are welcome.
What You’ll Need: Single Point Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Apparatus, Recommended to wear form fitted top and form fitted full length leggings/athletic pants that do not restrict movement, no sharp objects on the body of any kind (including jewelry) and no clothing with zippers or buttons, water to stay hydrated.
*EXOTIC LYRA CLASSES (same as all the above) with the addition: Heels required, knee pads recommended but not required.
The Swinger | Aerial Hammock Class (All Levels)
This 60-minute class focuses on safety foundations, learning how to use the fabric, movements designed to improve your stability, exercises to help strengthen your core and upper body strength, flexibility moves and fun beginner progressions for moves, wraps, drops and flow combos.
Class Requirements: This class is designed for beginners. All levels of experience are welcome!
What You’ll Need: Aerial Sling/Hammock Apparatus (6 to 18 inches from the ground), recommended to wear full length leggings/athletic pants that do not restrict movement, form fitted top, no sharp objects on the body of any kind (including jewelry) and no clothing with zippers or buttons, water to stay hydrated.
The Silky Siren | Aerial Silks (All Levels)
This 60-minute class is designed for beginners. You will learn proper body positioning and safety techniques, learn beginner aerial hangs, knots, arm wraps, foot wraps, poses and various styles of climbing. This class also includes dance movements designed to showcase the artistry of aerial dance. All movements are performed low to the ground (no higher than 1-3 feet).
Class Requirements: This class is designed for beginners. All levels of experience are welcome!
What You’ll Need: Aerial Silks Apparatus (no higher than 1-3 feet), recommended to wear full length leggings/athletic pants that do not restrict movement, no sharp objects on the body of any kind (including jewelry) and no clothing with zippers or buttons, water to stay hydrated.
