Flexibility Training and Conditioning Classes

The Twisted Vixen | Stretch Class (All Levels)

This 60-minute class focuses on stretches and movements to help unlock tight and achey muscles throughout the body, increase overall flexibility and increase mobility. Each class begins with a warm up before progressing into a balanced mix of active and passive stretches. All levels of flexibility and mobility are welcome.

Class Requirements: All levels of flexibility are welcome to join.

What You’ll Need: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga straps and a broomstick (if you do not have any of these items, don’t worry! We will provide modifications accordingly), fitness/athletic attire, knee pads are recommended (but not required), shoes optional, water to stay hydrated. 

 

The Hustler | Conditioning Class (All Levels of Fitness Welcome)

This 45-minute class is perfect for anyone who wants to add conditioning and strength training exercises to their aerial or pole fitness routine! This class is jam packed full of amazing, customized drills that focus on isolating muscle groups routinely used by aerialists. Come learn how to safely execute movements and exercises to increase overall strength, mobility and endurance! Open for all Fitness Enthusiasts and Fitness Levels!

Class Requirements: All levels of pole experience welcome.

What You’ll Need: No equipment needed, athletic attire, water to stay hydrated.

The Contorted Vixen | Stretch & Contortion Class (Advanced Level)

This 60-minute class takes stretching to the next level. Each class includes a high intensity warm up, strength training exercises to help prepare your body for extreme bending and techniques for safely entering and exiting stretches and poses. This class focuses on increasing flexibility and overall range of motion for straddle splits, side splits, backbends and shoulders.

Class Requirements: Intermediate to Advanced Level Flexibility Class. Familiarity with advanced level stretching, comfortability in splits and backbends required to participate in class.

What You’ll Need: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga straps and a broomstick, fitness/athletic attire, knee pads are recommended (but not required), shoes optional, water to stay hydrated.

 

The Energizer | Cardio Circuit Class (All Levels of Fitness Welcome)

This 45-minute class focuses on increasing endurance! You will get a full body workout in this class as you move through different circuit training exercises customized to target specific muscle groups while increasing your heart rate at the same time.

Class Requirements: Open for all Fitness Enthusiasts and Fitness Levels!

What You’ll Need: No equipment is required to participate in class, athletic/fitness attire, athletic shoes recommended, yoga mat (recommended but not required), water to stay hydrated.


The Shanti | Yoga Style Variations (All Levels)

This 45-minute class is perfect for anyone who needs to decompress from the hustle and bustle of every day life. You will learn methods to help shed stress away and escape into deep relaxation. This course includes exploration of different practices and styles of yoga and may change from class to class. Some of the Yoga styles include Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Hatha.

Class Requirements:  All levels of fitness and yoga are welcome to join.

What You’ll Need: Yoga mat or blanket, some classes may require use of yoga blocks and/or yoga straps, fitness/athletic attire, recommended to attend class barefoot or in socks, water to stay hydrated.

 

The Balancer | Handstand Training Class (All Levels)

This 45-minute class focuses on techniques and skills to master basic fundamentals for hand balancing. You will learn techniques to help correct alignment, improve control, improve body awareness and balance. Conditioning drills are included to improved overall body strength and flexibility.

Class Requirements: All levels of fitness experience welcome.

What You’ll Need: No equipment is required to participate in class, athletic/fitness attire, athletic shoes recommended, yoga mat (recommended but not required), water to stay hydrated
