POLICIES FOR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES, ONLINE CLASS BOOKING, ONLINE CLASS RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION, EXEMPTIONS

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AND DROP IN CLASS PASSES

Single Drop In Class Pass (what’s included):

• One Class Credit which may be redeemed for any Scarlett Ray Online Interactive classes offered for the month in which drop in class pass was purchased.

THE STARLET Membership (what’s included):

• 4 Online Class Credits redeemable for any Scarlett Ray Online Interactive classes offered for the month in which membership class pass was purchased.

• Special Discounts for Featured Specialty Classes, Featured Guest Workshops, Featured Guest Workshop Series or Scarlett Ray Special Events offered (for the month in which membership was purchased).

THE SCARLETT Membership (what’s included):

• 8 Class Credits redeemable for any Scarlett Ray Online Interactive classes offered for the month in which membership class pass was purchased.

• Special Discounts for Featured Specialty Classes, Featured Guest Workshops, Featured Guest Workshop Series or Scarlett Ray Special Events offered (for the month in which membership was purchased).

THE DAME Membership (what’s included):

• 15 Class Credits redeemable for any Scarlett Ray Online Interactive classes offered for the month in which membership class pass was purchased.

• Special Discounts for Featured Specialty Classes, Featured Guest Workshops, Featured Guest Workshop Series or Scarlett Ray Special Events offered (for the month in which membership was purchased).

VIDEO VIXEN Membership (what’s included):

• Access to 5 (Five) Pre-Recorded Classes (of your choice) from Scarlett Ray’s Virtual Library. Zoom Video Links with password and access information will be emailed to student. Zoom Link is valid for 30 days.

II. Policies for Scarlett Ray Online Interactive Classes: 

Class Registration, Class Rescheduling, Class Cancellations and Transferring Class Credits 

• Class Registrations will close 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled class time.

• Class Reschedules: In the event you should need to reschedule your class, class reschedules must be completed within 2 (two) hours prior to scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting class credit. No exceptions. Students are expected to reschedule class through BookWhen system. If you are unable to attend a class in which you are registered, you may request pre-recorded Zoom LInk for the class. The class credit will be applied towards pre-recorded video link and credit will no longer be available for use. Students must notify Scarlett Ray Aerial Arts & Dance within 2 (two) hours prior to scheduled class time for request to use class credit towards pre-recorded class link in replace of the LIVE, INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASS.

• In the event a class has 2 or less participants registered, the class may be subject to cancellation. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified within one hour of the scheduled class time of class cancellation. The Class Credit may be used towards any of Scarlett Ray’s Online Interactive Classes available (of the current month in which class was originally scheduled). If there are no classes available that fit your schedule, the class credit can be used to access pre-recorded class links of student’s choice.

• Class Credits Purchased (through Membership Packages and/or Single Drop in Passes) must be used within the same month in which the membership pass or drop in class pass was purchased. For example, if you purchase membership on January 7th, you must redeem class credits within the month of January. Class credits will not transfer into new month.

• Unused Class Credits are not transferrable. No refunds will be provided for any unused class credits. Any Unused class credits will be forfeited.

• Class Credits Purchased (through Membership Packages, Single Drop in Passes/ Single Video Vixen Pass )

• Liability Waiver Form must be signed to Participate in any Scarlett Ray Online Interactive Classes, Private Training Sessions, Specialty Classes, Featured Guest Workshops, Featured Guest Workshop Series or Scarlett Ray Special Events. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Class Credit.

• No refunds are provided.

III. Policies for Scarlett Ray’s Virtual Library

• Video Vixen Membership permits access for pre-recorded classes only and purchases may not be transferred or redeemed towards Scarlett Ray’s Online Interactive Classes, Featured Specialty Classes, Featured Guest Workshops, Featured Guest Workshop Series or Scarlett Ray Special Events

• Access to Video Library will expire after 30 days.

• Pre-Recorded Class Links are for paying members only and may not be downloaded to be shared, edited or resold.

• Pre-Recorded Class Links do not offer direct interactive, instruction for student as the Zoom Link is pre-recorded. It is up to the viewer’s discretion to practice safe techniques and execute movements from classes that are within comfortable skillset.

• Liability Waiver Form must be signed to access Scarlett Ray’s Virtual Library and/or Pre-Recorded Zoom Links.

• No refunds are provided.

IV. Class Registration Information Emails and Reminders: Scarlett Ray Aerial Arts and Dance will distribute reminder emails for registered classes One (1) Day Prior to the Scheduled Class Time as well as Sixty (60) minutes (on the same day) of the scheduled class time. Emails will include Zoom Link for the Class, Meeting ID Number and Password. In the event you should not receive an email within 60 minutes prior to the scheduled class time, please call/text us at (843) 337-5377 or email us at ScarlettRayOnline@gmail.com.

You are hereby agreeing that you have read the above stated Policies and you understand and agree to all the terms stated in the policies listed above.
